Who is behind this thing anyways?

My name is Nick Laborde and I currently live in Georgia.  I am the founder and president of Thrive Industries.  Thrive Industries challenges people and businesses to embrace their true personalities and passions to create sustainability.

I am also the senior editor of Thrive Industries main blog,  www.TheThriveBlog.com .  That blog covers more general personal development topics.

How does this blog fit into Thrive Industries?

The mission of this organization is to drive change that creates sustainability.  This blog represents my true personality trait of being an introvert.

The change that this blog represents is the status quo that treats being an introvert as a disability.  My big hairy audacious goal is to change that perception.  I believe that we can create truly sustainable lives by embracing who we are and leveraging our strengths.

Why should you care what I have to say?
You shouldn’t, I’ve probably made more mistakes in life then I can count. I have no credentials; I have no Phd. or let alone any college degree, unless you count the one I got out of a cereal box once.  Five years ago I recognized that I was going backwards in life and wasn’t working towards what I imagined my life to be.  I started to make some small changes that lead to bigger changes that resulted in progress that I could see.
